Where can I see my bandwidth and data transfer usage ?

Just click on Performances under Activity in the left Panel.

The performance panel shows the bandwidth currently used as well as a history graph.

Total: Data sent and received by Vedivi

Wired: Data physically sent or received (after compression is applied)
