1. Open Norton Internet Security

If you are using Norton Antivirus instead of Norton Internet Security
The configuration is almost identical, just go to Internet Worm Protection instead.

2. Click "Options" and select "Norton Internet Security"
3. Select "Personal Firewall" from the list

4. Click on the "Configure" button
5. Open "Program Control" by clicking the "Program" tab

4. Find and select Vedivi from the list of programs
5. Right click on the "Internet Access" column and select "Permit All"
6. Click OK.

Well done, your Firewall is now configured for Vedivi to connect properly to the remote computer.
Restart Vedivi and try again to sign in to Vedivi.

You might still have to authorize the whole remote network (or some computer selectively). But normally, it should be enough (for a default configuration).
