Would you mind sending us your WallCooler logs (to
support@vedivi.com)?
They are located in:
C:\Program Files\WallCooler\logs\*.log
C:\Program Files\WallCooler\user\logs\*.log
(a zipped file would be perfect).
Do not post them here, but send them directly to
support@vedivi.comThat will help up diagnose precisely what the problem is.
in the meantime, you can access your remote computer desktop directly from a webbrowser using our web access (
WebCooler).
To do so, just go to:
www.vedivi.com/WebCoolersign in with your client account and you will then be able to open Remote Desktop without having to install WallCooler locally.
