When I connect from XP to Vista I can make a connection and see all folders, desktop etc. But when I try to connect from Vista to XP it looks like it connects and then just shows me my documents folder on vista thats it. Any suggestions? thanks in advance

Hi,
The connection problem you are seeing is because both locations have the same network configuration, they basically share the same subnet (192.168.1.x), which is confusing WallCooler.
To fix this, you will need to change one side subnet (to 192.168.2.x for instance) to make WallCooler handle the connection properly.
Just change the subnet on one side (try 192.168.2.x), restart your WallCooler connection and let usknow how it goes.
Note: the subnet can usually easily be changed on your Internet router configuration pages.
Regards,

i guess no one switches from better to good.
one would try win 7 rather than win XP.
