Dear Sir,
I downloaded and Installed wallcool free ver. today , (user name = mrsam75@hotmail.com) but I am not able to remote desktop to my office PC from home (laptop)

Please note that I did installed on both properly & I can see the office PC OK  in teh "Available remote Networks", but Once I try to connect
I cant see the links to remote desktop  at bottom of screen.  ( In fact it appears and disapears in less than 2 seconds).
I am so much frustrated Sad

Note that once I connect my laptop on same LAN in the office so my laptop and office PC on smae LAN everything is working fine and I can remote desktop and no problems at all.

Setup as follows :
===========
Home =  Laptop , Win Vista business Edition, DSL connected ADsL wireless , IP 192.168.1.103, gateway 192.168.1.1

Office =   desktop PC , win XP SP 3, I Config. the win xp firewall for exceptions, and enabled the Remote access in the services
connected to the LAN network , WIN 2003 server as domain controller , and having Netscreen Fierwall. and small Cisco ADSL router
Note : in the office we have fixed IP for each machine like  192.168.0.17  and the DNS 192.168.0.1

Appreciate your Help

Wissam

I am also having this issue, I just downloaded WallCooler Pro 2.0.242 I am able to connect to my work PC from home but when i attempt to use the RDP I receive two security warnings (because my work PC is XP Pro and my home is Vista Ultimate), after accepting the prompts a new screen opens but remains dark. After a few secons I receive an error message saying the connection was lost...any ideas??

Home: Vista Ultimate SP1 Desktop with WallCooler installed
Office: XP Pro laptop with WallCooler installed
