I have just downloaded WallCooler and keep getting this error message when I try and start it.

I have Intel wireless network cards installed on both computers and I have enabled Microsoft
loopback adapter.

O/S Vista home premium - help please?

Hi,

Have you restarted your computer after installing the loopback adapter.

Try restarting your computer.

Yup, restarted computer, I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling software.

Could you send us your WallCooler logs (to support@vedivi.com)?
They are located in:
C:\Program Files\WallCooler\logs\service\*.log
C:\Program Files\WallCooler\user\logs\*.log
(a zip file would be perfect)
