Getting Started; Timeouts & Service Stopping
«

Just installed the WallCooler VPN and trying to get connected for the 1st time.
Circumstances:
Win XP Pro
Norton 360 (Yes, WallCooler is permitted to connect to the Internet & the WallCooler Service is permitted to start when I boot the system)
Java 6 Update 15
As soon as I show connected to my remote network (WallCooler VPN shows connected), the WallCooler Console returns with "Unable to Connect to WallCooler Service".
Then when I look at Services afterward (locally on my PC), the WallCooler Service is now stopped, even though it was showing started before hand.
Suggestions?

I have finally gotten beyond that issue by increasing the trust level beyond Norton 360's default of "Protected".
Now I am getting Connection Timeout 69.147.251.66:443
Help please!

So I thought I got past it! After getting beyond the timeout error, the service has once again stopped!

Is there anyone manning the forums???
For those reading, support was obtained through
support@vedivi.com
The issues were the result of a Java conflict and their tech support was prompt in assisting me. I am finally connected in what seems to be a stable environment. :-)
